FAQ

Refunds & Returns:  Due to the nature of downloads, there are no refunds/returns for digital downloads. There are no refunds on the physical album, all funds are being donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

The manufacturer has given us a ship out date anywhere between December 17-27 due to the holidays. Because of this, anyone who purchases an album with also have access to digital downloads.

Apple

To add downloaded music to an iPhone, you can use the Apple Music app or iTunes, or you can transfer music from a computer to an iPhone: 

​

  • Transfer music from a PC to an iPhone using File Explorer

    • Open File Explorer and navigate to the This PC or Computer section 

    • Find the iPhone's device name under the Devices with removable storage section 

    • Open the iPhone's device folder and create a new folder for the music files 

    • Drag and drop the music files from the PC into the iPhone's device folder

  • Use the Apple Music app or iTunes

    1. Open the Apple Music app or iTunes 

    2. Add music to your library 

    3. Tap Download at the top of an album or playlist 

    4. Tap More next to a song, then tap Download 

​

  • Transfer music from a computer to an iPhone

    • Open the iTunes app on the computer 

    • Click the Device button near the top left of the iTunes window 

    • Click Music in the sidebar 

    • Click the Autofill From pop-up menu at the bottom of the Music pane 

    • Choose which songs to sync 

    • Use a lightning cable to connect the iPhone to the computer 

Spotify

To add downloaded music to Spotify, you can use the Spotify desktop app to import local files:

  • Restart the Spotify app 

  • Go to Your Library and select the Local Files playlist 

  1. Open Spotify and click your profile picture in the top right corner 

  2. Select Settings 

  3. Scroll to Library and toggle on Show Local Files 

  4. Under Show songs from, select the folders you want to include 

  5. If you want to add a different folder, click Add a source 

  6. Select the folder you want to add and click OK 

 

You can play the music directly or add it to playlists. 

 

To add music to Spotify from your phone, you need a Spotify Premium account. 

Android

You can play the music directly from your download folder or add it to a cloud service and play it from there. There are apps you can use as well.
